Rosewood Hong Kong opened in 2019. It is 65 floors tall and stands next to the water in Kowloon.

A night in the hotel costs about $650. The designer is Tony Chi from Taiwan.
Manager Angus Pitkethley accepted the prize at a show in London.
He said the win was a surprise and an honor.
He thanked the workers. He said they love hospitality and they love Hong Kong.
Many top hotels are in Asia. Four Seasons Bangkok is number two. Capella Bangkok is number three.
Passalacqua in Lake Como, Italy, is number four and is called the best boutique hotel.
Raffles Singapore is number five.
The best hotel in North America is Chablé Yucatán in Mexico at number eight. The Mark in New York joins the list at number 43.
Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro is number 11 and is the highest new entry. Rosewood São Paulo is number 24.
Atlantis The Royal in Dubai is number six and best in the Middle East. Royal Mansour in Marrakech is number 13 and best in Africa. Capella Sydney is number 12 and best in Oceania.
Eight hundred experts choose the winners. They are hoteliers and travel writers from around the world.
